When I got my first impression of this group, I was very careful to hold back public judgement. It looked really bad, but I wanted to find out more before making public statements.

I've upgraded my evaluation of the WAQB. For the first time in my career, I've reached a point where I felt comfortable using a specific phrase publicly.
