A few months ago I wrote this piece on "Perils and Pitfalls of Agile Development."
Since then, I gave it as a talk at the West Michigan DotNet User's Group and proposed it to the SDBestPractices Conference. The talk was accepted but couldn't make it; Carl Erickson went in my stead, developing his own material along the same lines, which he then presented himself.
My collegue Jon Kohl is going to present a talk called "Don't Drink the Cool Aid! Avoiding Process Pitfalls" in Calgary on February 4th. Read about it here.
... and I'm currently working with a few other people on a writing project that will extend the perils and pitfalls idea.
